If you’ve never done a yoga session which is longer than your usual class – please don’t panic!
A yoga workshop is different from a class; it is taught at a slower pace, with more opportunities for demonstration, explanation and discussion. This will help you deepen your understanding (and allow you to catch your breath!)
Workshops with highly qualified experienced Iyengar guest teachers are held several times throughout the year. A workshop is a chance to find out how it feels to spend longer working on poses, exploring new and exciting ways to practice. They are suitable for all levels, but 6 months Iyengar yoga experience is recommended.
These workshops are extremely popular and early booking is recommended.
