If you’ve never done a yoga session which is longer than your usual class – please don’t panic!

A yoga workshop is different from a class; it is taught at a slower pace, offering more opportunity for demonstration, explanation and discussion.  This approach helps deepen your understanding of yoga, whilst allowing you to catch your breath in between the postures!

Workshops with highly qualified experienced Iyengar guest teachers are held several times throughout the year.  It is a chance to find out how it feels to spend longer working on poses, exploring new and exciting ways to practice. They are suitable for all levels, but at least six months Iyengar yoga experience is recommended.

Workshops are extremely popular – early booking is advised.
