Want to pay cash? No need to book, just pay cash on arrival. If you can’t make the same class every week you may swap to another session. All classes must be taken before the end of the payment block and may not be rolled over. Fees are non-refundable.
Tuesday 1:30 pm Level One Class
Perfect for beginners of all levels and suitable for improvers too. This class will provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to help you settle in quickly and easily. You will be introduced to the basics of Iyengar yoga in a carefully structured way providing a sound understanding of how to practice safely so you can experience the many benefits of Iyengar yoga. A wide range of postures is taught to develop strength, stamina and flexibility and offering plenty of challenges for improvers too. There is plenty of individual attention with postures tailored specifically to your needs.
Tuesday 1:30 – 2:30 pm & Friday 10:00 – 11:15 am classes are less challenging and are ideal if you prefer an easier class with more time for relaxation.
