Want to pay cash? No need to book, simply pay on arrival. If you can’t make the same class every week you may swap to another session. All classes must be taken before the end of the payment block and may not be rolled over. Fees are non-refundable.
Tuesday 7 pm Level Two Class
This class is suitable for students with at least 6 months Iyengar yoga experience who are proficient in all introductory standing poses, Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and working towards a five minute stay in Sirsasana (headstand). Students will be developing their home practice and some postures from the Intermediate syllabus will be taught. Work is more intensive than at Level One and you’ll be introduced to a wider variety of asanas, and basic pranayama.
