From Tuesday 31st July until Sunday 2nd September we will be running a summer timetable of drop-in classes. No need to book, just turn up and pay cash on arrival. Level 1 classes are suitable for beginners/improvers, Level 2 for students with 6 months+ experience and we have added the popular Friday morning gentle & relaxing class too!
There’s no need to bring anything as all equipment including yoga mats is provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts so you can be in the right frame of mind for the class; calm and settled on your mat. There’s more to yoga than simple physical exercise!
