‘I have recently started yoga at iYoga having never done it before, but I am really enjoying it. The sessions are progressive and alternative poses are always offered or supporting equipment provided so you always feel like you are achieving. The teachers are great! Really friendly, encouraging and enthusiastic! Not only do I feel calm, refocused and stretched after the session, I always feel ready for whatever my afternoon at work will bring. I would definitely encourage anyone to try yoga, I’ve found it particularly good to complement my other sports such as running and football.’
