Baddha Konasana against wall 1-5 mins
Soft bolster behind back and sit on raise
Upavista Konasana 1-2 mins (as above)

Supta Virasana 1-2 mins increasing to 5 mins
Belt around thighs arms above head
Adho Mukha Virasana arms outstretched on bolster (elbows resting)
Supta Baddha Konasana
Supta Swastikasana

Paschimottanasana with horizontal bolster/to chair
