Open to all ages and abilities taught by experienced fully qualified experienced Iyengar yoga teachers. A full and varied timetable of classes are held six days a week during the day and in the evening. Weekend workshops with senior Iyengar teachers are held on a regular basis throughout the year.
Thinking of starting yoga? Our Foundation beginners class is a great way to learn the basics in a friendly welcoming environment. Classes are suitable for absolute beginners and those who wish to consolidate their practice. Teaching is progressive and methodical, providing a solid foundation for further practice.

A beautiful venue with a spacious light and airy studio it is an oasis of calm in which you can stretch and relax whilst energising body and mind. All equipment including yoga mats is provided.
